This is a really nice place！Quiet,beautiful and Near to the university.
I absolutely love living here. The staff is always so accommodating and always returns phone calls or fixes an issue promptly. The buildings are so new and modern everything is bright and updated. The apartments have big windows that let in tons of natural light. Location is great, perfect for CU Boulder students, less than a 5 minute walk to campus! 24 hour gym and a resort style pool! I absolutely love 9Seventy!
Best place to live in Boulder! Great staff, amazing apartments, views and amenities. Signed a lease for multiple school years because I couldn’t part with the spot! Highly highly recommend
Clean rooms, awesome, the building managers are great and the community is very involved. I personally enjoy making use of the pool table.
