This building is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The tour my spouse and I received from Rachel was absolutely incredible. We are not very familiar with downtown Toledo and had a lot of oddball questions, Rachel answered each and every one of them plus some! She explained all the amenities and options very clearly and was straightforward. Just from how great of an experience we have had thus far, LaSalle is definitely near the top of our list of options.
I’ve lived in this building for 14 years. There are so many unique layouts and in my opinion a good value for the downtown area. Like renting anywhere there are issues from time to time. Things break and require servicing it is a historic building after all. But my overall experience has been very good. I will continue to renew year after year.
Leasing Agent, Rachel gave me a fantastic experience as I toured 3 different tour plans, her knowledge and expertise on each of them as well as the overall history of the building itself was incredible, Her professionalism and excitement was top notch and I couldn’t have asked for a better first impression from a potential future home. Rachel keep up the good work!
