I have lived here for just shy of 7 years and for the first time since moving in, I’m actively looking for somewhere else to live. Unfortunately, many of the photos and reviews from other residents are accurate. I’ve watched this community steadily decline over the years and it’s gotten to the point where I don’t want to live here anymore. Maintenance has gotten slower, the office takes longer and longer to respond. This place is a DUMP!!! RUN AND AVOID!!!!!! This place is so dirty it’s appalling. It s falling apart so bad. They claim they’re working on improvements and cleaning but the same filth sits week after week…. Month after month. Why has the same filth and pet odors been here since I moved in!!???? Why is there food on the wall in the lobby that’s been here since May? They are liars!!It’s crazy!!. They keep raising rent but we live in filth. The building is disgustingly dirty, smells terrible, and management does nothing to maintain it. Resident floors are constanty dirty. the carpets are filthy , there are cigarette ashes everywhere, and trash sits around for days. The outside isn’t any better. weeds, dog waste, litter, and broken down areas all over the property. Agree with the other comments this place is disgusting and not worth the price at all. They could never get away with charging this much in a different location. Hallways smell like pets and they try to mask it with plug in air fresheners. There are constantly problems with trash and filth on the property. I wish i would have known before moving here all of the extra charges they try to sneak on your bill. They charge extra on top of your rent for the utilities for the common areas.
