I cannot recommend the lasalle based on my experience. The condition of the property has steadily declined, particularly the rooftop amenities that residents pay to have access to. The rooftop is often covered in trash, the furniture is broken and falling apart, and there are exposed or damaged wires that appear to be a safety hazard. I flew in to look at apartment homes Whitney the Manager made time for me to tour her properties on a Saturday! It was a great experience
I’ve lived at the Lasalle building for four years and I have nothing but great things to say. First of all, Whitney is awesome and will always go above and beyond for you. The maintenance team is very responsive and quick. They always come out the next day and sometimes even same day. The units are absolutely beautiful and quiet with thick walls and high ceilings. I called and set up a tour I had a lot of questions the lady Whitney helped me out so much and made it easy for me. I toured with Mel and she did a wonderful job! The building is clean and the staff is kind. I hope it get to move there!
This place is awesome. I lived at LaSalle before and came back, because this is the best place to live in Toledo. The rooftop garden is fantastic. Building is quiet with secure parking. Many restaurants within walking distance. This is Home.
