Southview management makes sure that everything meets the bare minimum, but not an inch more (sometimes less), in every respect. Trying to communicate and be taken seriously by these people is an infuriating endeavor. Expect landlord specials and only sometimes making fixes or improvements, even when mandated by law or housing code.
i’ve had nothing but problems since I got here. things break all the time, management takes a while to fix it. pool was promised this summer and never opened. also you would think that you wouldn’t be charged a late fee equivalent to what you’d pay for missing a full payment.
