I visited The Hills property on the 10th of July, and I am very much interested to rent with the Hills, because their houses are well organized, and I was well respected, they are doing a great job
Only the gym is good
Since new management has came to Southview, the apartments have not been the same. The renovations were inconvenient, and ended up looking rushed and sloppy. During finals week, my roommates and I ended up being forced out of our apartment onto the patio with all of our furniture, finishing our exams. The so called "pool" has been in construction for over a year at this point, and who knows what else they will actually finish it, certainly not before my lease ends. I don’t know if I would recommend living here. In my unit, the AC has stopped working 5 different times. Literally a day after they came and “fixed it”, it stopped working again. The rooms are incredibly small & if you don’t get one of the rooms with a walk in closet, good luck fitting all your clothes in there. They take forever to do any sort of maintenance, and one time the maintenance man told my roommates he had to “get a special filter” for our apartment, and I walked outside to see him sitting on the gator yelling at ... read more
