If there is one place to not live its here the management sucks gives you the run around and sends you in circles. I paid for a renovated apartment and got old carpets in which they charged me a cleaning fee as well as old sticker in my bathtub, shouldn't they know how they apartment was before I took over. My roommate had old clothes that hadn't been taken out before which shows how careless they are. Do not live here. Rent is consistently $50 more than what you agreed to because of weird, random fees that started appearing a few months after move-in for everyone, and if you go talk to the people at the front desk about it (a lot of the people in the building did), they will literally just gaslight you. They’ll also randomly come in and take pictures of your room and tell you you agreed to let them in the contract (my roommates and I read it again; the contract doesn’t mention that at all). I am a current resident of 2 years now, going on 3, and I have experienced many issues with these apartments. The managers of this apartment establishment have not schedule an electrician to fix the wiring in my apartment for me to be able to access outlets in the apartment for months now. There are many apartments here that Have black mold in them, and I have probably suffered early onset, autoimmune disease due to the lack of their efforts of eliminating said mold.
