A scam. Charge you for everything and keep your security deposit unless you have every inch of your apartment professionally cleaned and can prove it to them. Was charged $100 because we didn’t have the BROKEN fridge professionally cleaned.

Worst experience applying ever!! All they did was take my money charged me another random fee and made up some excuse to deny my application, when i know i qualify. They didn't inform why or didn't want to answer any of my questions. I DO NOT recommend them at all! Find a better place!
