Doesn’t have a pool This location owns a pool but it is never open when it says it should be. I have contacted and they never replied back to my email. They do not communicate well with their residents about what is happening at their complex.

I should have read the reviews before hand! Getting things done around here is a problem the trash have been running over since I have been here and has not been picked up it’s running over and on the ground! Roaches taking over!! You want your patios and balconies cleaned and presentable but your trash is everywhere! I hate I didn’t read the reviews before hand! the worst do no live here... dangerous, roaches everywhere.. The ceiling was falling apart, the sink wasnt even connected to the pipes when we moved in.

STAY AWWWWWWAAAAYY!!!! Have only been here for my 11 month and had a infestation of roaches that was supposed to be taken care of by pest control. Not only has that problem not been taken care of they have now multiplied. The problems do not stop there, I also had issues using their app which did not inform me that after sending me a confirmation that the money was not pulled out of my account and got threatened with a eviction notice and did not even understand what had took place for me to even get that notice! Lack of caring about real problems entirely. More worried about clean porches. 2 main reasons I am posting 2 star 1. The internet/cable is terrible. Not the speeds, but the packet loss and latency is beyond bad. The internet company "Xcellerate Networks" is forced upon anyone who lives here. When calling and complaining to the office they say there is a guy working on the server even though the internet company Xcellerate says they are not on site. We love it here!! I have been a resident here at The Park at Deerfield a year and I can truly say I have enjoyed and enjoying my apartment and the office personal and maintenance personal is very professional and handle issues that arise on a timely matter. I will recommend staying here at the Park at Deerfield very highly.
Love this community It will be a year next month since I've starting living here. I love this place. The community and area are great! So far I haven't had any issues or complaints. The manager and staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful. The grounds are always kept up and maintained. I've only had to call maintenance once and the response was quick! Best Apartment complex in Hoover! Landmark at Deerfield Glen in Hoover, Alabama are the best apartments. Since remodeling them a few years ago, the hard wood floors, the paint, carpet in the hall and bedrooms are amazing, and compliment every furniture one has. The managers and and leasing agents are easy to get in tough with when you need anything. They usually get to whatever needs to be done that day.
