Horrible, Run as fast as you can It is awful and the people in the leasing office are awful, rude, and mean. You can't get things fixed. Also, the manager at the leasing office is awful with poor customer service. They need to clean house and start new. There was shooting and they sent out any kind of notification or letters addressing the matter, even though some of us were there. Great place to live. I moved in a couple of months ago. I am writing this review, because I recommended my apartments to a friend yesterday. She was not interested in looking, due to the negative online reviews. I too almost completely overlooked this place, due to the bad reviews. Rent increasing, value decreasing This apartment is going downhill quickly, yet they are raising rent. Gunshots were being fired the other night, drugs are rampant, and management turns a blind eye. Maintenance is almost nonexistent and management tries to stick you with the bill when maintenance does end up coming.
