Absolutely awful!! We are dealing with public safety MOLD water leaks and electrical!!! This is serious and dangerous!
DO NOT RENT HERE. My husband and I and our two dogs have lived here for two years from 2018 to 2020. We have seen the complex change management hands several times, and yet nothing ever changes. The area around the front office is clean and well manicured, but that is where the polished front ends. There is constantly trash everywhere, on the sidewalks and in the parking lot. 24 hour maintenence my butt! I have been calling all week about a serious plumbing issue that had made the apartment uninhabitable and no response. They aren't getting a penny from me until they make this right. Signed extremely dissatisfied resident.
