The owner gave away a cat that he knew belonged to someone that lived in the apartments upstairs. That cat was then given to my grandmother, and the backlash we got on Facebook was unbelievable. Had this angry, mean, man never done this to be spiteful, none of that would have happened. Thank god the cat is now returned to his owner. To no thanks to this owner.
