**DO NOT MOVE INTO UNIT 418** I’ve lived here for two years, and while the building is great, my experience in unit 418 was a nightmare due to the current upstairs tenants. **THE NOISE IS UNBEARABLE.** The tenants above me constantly make noise—running, jumping, moving furniture, and yelling—often for over 18 hours a day. I called the assistance this morning to schedule a tour, they sent a message to the property to schedule the tour as well as gave me the direct number to the property. That representative was great. Once I called the actual property people didn’t answer a few times so I assumed they were on lunch. Now I just tried to call twice and whoever answer the phone just say…”just come in!” Then hangs up! I was considering touring and renting there. But lack of professionalism is an automatic for me.

Great place for living, very nice and modern apartments and great amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.
The Highland has been my home for some years now. I first moved into a one bedroom and miss Clarissa toured me and moved me in. My experience has been really good, I eventually upgraded to a 2bedroom thanks to Clarissa who persuaded me to stay in the building and upgrade. love it! The building has everything I need, location is extremely convenient for my lifestyle, the building is very clean and I just feel so happy to call this place home.
