Welcome to your new home! Prepare for flooding and traffic delays! The greedy developers and their political henchmen are destroying the Lowcountry and our elected representatives are profiting so they do not charge the developers impact fees. Instead, we county taxpayers can foot the bill for infrastructure! Corrupt and stupid!
Why on earth would you build there? Adding to congestion and traffic and flooding. There is not enough infrastructure to support your development, but it's all about the $$$ for you. If you're considering living here, go hang out in traffic for a couple of hours from 7-9am or from 3-7pm.
Nice location to start anew life. Ashley is nice city and these complex brings beauty to the city.
