RecommendedThe Heyward is one of the best apartments complexes by far. I was active duty and moved around a lot and I have to say this place truly felt like a home. The maintenance staff was super reliable, complex was always kept clean, and the girls at the front office were (Are) amazing!!
Love living here. It’s a beautiful property, well-maintained, friendly residents and awesome staff. Very pet friendly.
Living at The Heyward has been the best! The community, maintenance team, and staff make it such an amazing experience. I would suggest The Heyward to any of my friends and family that want to move to the Charleston area.
car got towed after less than 12 hour notice that the parking rules had changed. When I contacted management to ask if this was sufficient notice (given the fact that I didn't even get the email until the next day), they told me parking rules had always been the same. Email evidence and a conversation between my boyfriend and the property manager show otherwise. I paid the fee. legally, yes i see where even five minutes after sending an email with updated rules, my car would have been subject to being towed, but is this a pl... read more
I love living here! It is beautiful and convenient! Everyone is so nice!
I love living at The Heyward! It's such a beautiful complex with friendly staff and the best maintenance team. The Heyward Team really goes out of their way to make the experience the best. I really enjoy the clubhouse and the fact that it's attached to the pool. It's so relaxing after a long day at work. I'm looking forward to another year here!!
