I have never rated anyone before but I MUST give Dr. Heyde and his staff 5 stars. From the gal answering the phone in his Pekin office listening to my plight, the office manager squeezing me in, the front desk ladies in Peoria, to the lady rooming me, Dr. Heyde’s nurse and even the young guy dilating my eyes and of course Dr. Heyde himself. I was treated with nothing but kindness, understanding and respect. I sincerely appreciate the wonderful care I was given today!
Dr. Heyde is very knowledgeable. He takes time with each patient, and makes sure he explains things. I would suggest Dr. Heyde to anybody in need of an eye doctor.
My husband went to see Dr. Heyde after being told he had cataracts. Dr. Heyde discovered he also had glaucoma. He treated his glaucoma & then proceeded to do the cataract surgeries. He did a wonderful job on his eyes, my husband has better sight now than he can ever remember having. I had cataract surgery on my 1st eye today & go back next week for the other. We will recommend The Heyde Eye Center very highly to anyone.
