I had a very good experience with Joe Herzog representing me as the seller. He knows the business, kept me well informed during the sales process, and made thoughtful suggestions that resulted in a better outcome. Perhaps most importantly he is honest - a believer in full disclosure. This is important to me - I need to know that what I'm being told is truthful, and not just designed to secure some desired outcome. I got this with Joe and am happy to recommend him.
