I've tried them all and the program at the hernreid center has been the most reinforcing and supportive! I've lost 62lbs and still going and I love the weekly classes. I am really taking the information shared each week to heart and I know this time it's staying off! If you're frustrated and feeling like a healthy weight is soooo far away this program can make all the difference. Seriously. :)
This is a very good program, the only one that really worked for me. The only part I did not care for, is that if you can't continue to lose the weight, you go into maintenance. I do not feel I was quite ready for that. But I LOVE Perri!!!!
