Great staff and very informative. They provide excellent guidance and support.
The staff is very friendly and supportive. I enjoy the class with the other members and talking about our strengths and weaknesses. I'm not hungry and losing weight.
I've tried many, many weight loss programs over my lifetime and have yo-yo'd around. This medically monitored program works for me...it actually works! The best part, the staff is fully committed to helping me achieve my goal and maintain it when I've met MY weightless goal. (Not their weight goal for me.) So far it has been everything I have been told to expect. I am almost two weeks in and I am seeing great results. The staff has been there for me every step of the way.

I have been on the weight loss program for almost two months and have lost weight steadily, about 2-3 pounds per week. We talk all the time in my class with Amanda about keeping the weight off once we meet our goals. I do the program from afar because I live in the Redding area. I get plenty of support from the team in Sacramento and couldn't be happier.
This program has changed my life. The program is easy to follow and the support you receive helps keep you on track. The entire staff cheers you on and helps you learn the skills you will need to "keep it off". If you are committed to losing weight this is THE place. I would give it more stars if I could💕
This is a great program for anyone of any age to lose weight. I'm very proud of myself for what I have accomplished on this program.
Not only did I find losing weight manageable and easy. The staff is really great too.
