The Hernried Center staff is great! Everyone is supportive and helpful. The plan is easy to follow and I have had wonderful results. I recommend the Hernried Center for anyone who is looking to lose weight and learn how to keep it off!

My life has changed because of the Hernreid Center. I could not have gotten this far in weight loss without them. I've tried so many other programs, they work temporarily at best. What I appreciate most are the classes to teach you and help you understand the WHY behind the program and the support from your classmates, friends and your teachers. Yes, you learn a lot in this program. The program really is fantastic and soooo worth it. It helped me change. Let them help make a better, healthier you!
If I had not taken that step to inquire about The Hernried Center, I doubt I would have gotten as far as I have today! With the knowledgeable and supportive staff, information filled classes, and helpful tools, I've lost over one hundred pounds! If you're looking for that extra push forward, contact them asap!
I go to the Roseville Center. This is just what I needed to lose weight, be healthy, and get off diabetes medication. I am half way to my goal and am starting to see the me I used to know. The staff is friendly, helpful and encouraging.
If you are serious about losing weight and that means your reason "Why" is important enough to you, then I highly recommend your contacting the Hernried Center and let their experienced and knowledgeable staff help you meet your goal.
I am 2 weeks in and the staff is super helpful and the classroom setting helps keep me accountable! Great program so far!!!!!
