Although I've been with Heritage for a while I've found that online banking is a hassle for me I'd really like some real help, I love banking with them, but as a senior sometimes a little extra help is needed
We went to the location at Berwick inside of Kroger to cash a lousy $30 check. The 1st thing the teller asked is "Do you have an account with us?" The answer was no,we only went there because we we're shopping there anyway and it would save us the time instead of going our own bank. After all the check was drawn on their bank. my wife's drivers licence expired last month and we did not realize it.That was a deal breaker,they would not cash the check.
