The customer service, locations n hours of this bank have really slacked off in years. Several branches/ store offices in Richmond Hill n Savannah have closed. Hours of operation are minimal 9 to 5. Not open on Saturday except drive through. Increased fees n fee for standard paper monthly bank statement. I felt like they were nickle n diming us to death with minimal customer service. I do not recommend.

I've been a customer of THB since the mid 1980's and was wondering when the Richmond Hill branch will be replaced? Not even an ATM, really? Just a few years ago you were building a branch here, now there is nothing.
