I called the branch manager yesterday regarding a customer service issue I had with a large deposit. It would be nice if someone was professional enough to return my phone call.

All too often the ATM is down for maintenance. The same with the website and app. It's funny, all my account issue happen over the weekend. WHEN THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE!! Customer service hours and office hours are the same. NO MORE SATURDAY BANKING! I'm not sure exactly how long it's been since they stopped opening for half days on saturday but its extremely inconvenient. this review stays. 20 years I've been a customer. never had the issues I have at this bank with any other bank. technical issues, rude customer service. I can not and will not recommend this bank. I permanently closed my account today and so glad to be done week this bank. seriously! sadly I I'm friends with an officer in this bank. she was the only way things got taken care of. there are much better choices in small town banks in the area. I recommend the Glennville Bank
terrible customer service. rude. trust to get you off the phone. constant issues with the app. and if you ever have to call be prepared to wait hours
first stop doing maintenance all the time. every month the app or website goes out of service. never seen a bank with so much issues wow.
