I love the heritage bank. They care about their customers. I have an app that goes with my Debit card that lets me know all of my purchases. They know me and call me by name. Nothing but a good experience.

They need to go back to Telephone Banking. For trying to get your customers all on Computerized Banking only opens the door to bank computers to be hacked or to have them crash.
