It's a beautiful facility and anyone, who needed such a facility,would be fortunate to live in The Heritage.
The Heritage at Twin Creeks was the setting for Speakers training for The Alzheimer’s Association of Dallas.We were greeted pleasantly by the receptionist . The edifice is beautiful and the residents were friendly. I think all of us came away learning more about this disease that is on the rise. Being a speaker will help to make others more aware of alzheimer.
Man this place is wonderful from top to bottom. From the residents to the management is great....

The facilities are beautiful but most importantly the care providers are excellent! My mom is in Traditions, (memory care), and can be challenging! At The Heritage at Twin Creeks she is cared for and loved. They go on outings and constantly have a variety of activities. The activities director keeps me updated on Mom and often sends me pictures. Even though it was difficult to move mom from her home, we know we made the right decision moving her to Heritage.
For 2 years, my father has lived at the Heritage at Twin Creeks and the care for him has never wavered even with different people transitioning in and out. Thank you Heritage!
I visited the community today and enjoyed meeting all staff members and new Executive Director Elizabeth Blanton. The community is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The residents were eager to interact with me during my tour and shared how much each of them enjoys living here.
The majority of the caregivers are kind and caring. However, they are overworked due to a shortage of help. Many of them work double shifts and therefore are too exhausted to provide the attention that is necessary for many residents. The food service is unacceptable. Residents complain their food is cold and tasteless. Sandwiches have been served for dinner several nights.
