Since the firing of head nurse and memory care director (which were wonderful by the way) and the executive director quit, this place is horrible! My parents have been living there for over a year and I've loved it and have done nothing but brag and recommend, but not any more. Since all top management are gone, corporate has rotating staff. The heritage is a loving community of hard workers ,and the staff is so kind and caring! They are all amazing in the care of my mother in-law, who can be kind of hard to handle at times! The caregivers have so much patience and kindness for her! She’s been here almost one year and my husband and I would have her no other place! As far as my husband and I are concerned this is a five star community that I would recommend to anyone!

Significant management and corporate changes. This is clearly a dangerous facility for your loved ones. Med errors. Unreported accidents. Felons as caregivers- - you name it and ALL verifiable.
