For years this restaurant was actually located at a farm. In 1997, however, the restaurant burned to the ground and was rebuilt at Willows Lodge in Woodinville. It proved to be a good thing in a way, as more people began to take notice of this stellar dining establishment. It has since been ranked consistently among the top American restaurants. The love of my life just graduated culinary school and is now a chef and as one of his graduation gifts we came here to eat. What a great experience we had, the waiter Barry was very knowledgeable, personable, and really connected to our family. Every dish for the salmon nation was unique and delicious. We dined here for our first time last night for my husband's birthday for the Super Cattle in Seattle menu. What an experience! We booked the communal table and that really the experience even better, and our group was really nice and lively! Definitely what we will do again when we go back.
