For years this restaurant was actually located at a farm. In 1997, however, the restaurant burned to the ground and was rebuilt at Willows Lodge in Woodinville. It proved to be a good thing in a way, as more people began to take notice of this stellar dining establishment. It has since been ranked consistently among the top American restaurants. We've been here twice, most recently for our 1 year wedding anniversary. The menu is always a pleasant surprise as you can pretty much count on having something you've never eaten before and the service is top notch. I also love being able to try so many wines with each course, and being able to be surprised pleasantly by what I am served. I also love being able to be served by people so passionate about food and what they're serving. We plan to continue coming back here for special occasions every year or two.
