Ma chambre n’était pas prête à mon arrivée et donc après 30min d’attente l’hôtel m’en a donné une autre. En arrivant, je trouve des serviettes humides, des cheveux sur le lit fait et dans la baignoire. Je me dis naïvement que la femme de ménage doit perdre ses cheveux, et je me félicite d’avoir apporté ma propre serviette. Heavily overpriced for what it is, but good basic 2-star accommodation whith clean rooms and the basics. We got ensuite which again is basic but covers our needs. Check in across the street worked like a charm, even at 10pm. Fantastic location in a quiet neighbourhood less than 500 meters from the cable car station and Market Street and just a few hundred meters from Union Square.
