What a great experience it was working with The Helm Group. Their knowledge and experience in the current market in our area was amazing. Multi offers after the first open house! They made selling our families long time home a lot easier for all of us by taking care of all aspects of the home selling process and answered all of our questions very quickly . If you’re thinking of selling your home, make sure you interview Austin and Tanner first. Their marketing strategy is like nothing my wife and I have seen before. They created a custom marketing calendar that showed what they will be doing to sell our home every day of the week until the house sells. On top of everything they are doing behind the scenes, they give us a call every Friday and after every open house with an update. My family highly recommends using The Helm Group and can’t say enough good things.

I've been working with Tanner and Austin on several transactions and I won't work without them. From start to finish they keep you involved and updated before, during, and at the closing of escrow.
