Renting at Playa Summit is a mistake, and you should not let their polished sales team fool you. Packages are constantly stolen from the unsecure mailroom. The building is filthy, with hallways that smell like mold, trash, and dog urine. Amenities are completely neglected; gym equipment is always down, and shared laundry machines stay broken for weeks, including one that sat filled with stagnant, foul-smelling water.
