I've been living in this building for almost three years, and my experience has been very positive. I've never had any issues with cockroaches or other pests.I think so, if you keep your apartment clean. If you don't leave food out where it shouldn't be, you shouldn't have a cockroach problem. My experience living at this complex has been incredibly disappointing, and a large part of that is due to the way residents are treated by management staff — specifically Paco, the associate manager. I had an issue with my mailbox being broken, and my keys no longer worked. I contacted the office to get replacement keys made, and instead of helping me, Paco argued with me repeatedly, insisting that I had already picked up replacement keys multiple times, which was completely false. Been living here for 4 years in this “luxury apartment” There is a bug infestation, poorly maintained apartment. They charge us extra for laundry. When asked why the price increased they said it’s for maintenance… as washers and dryers go down frequently. And when down don’t get fixed. Poorly run operations here. Went 2 weeks without AC during a heat wave! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Save your money and time. Sadly have to give 1 star just to do a review.
