Try anywhere else first, you will be able to secure an apartment here, friendly sales staff will sort you out and maybe sweeten the deal. However, you WILL likely NOT get your security deposit back, you will likely be issued with a check out report showing before and after photos with little if any difference and charged hundreds of dollars for supposed damage that does not exist. Disappointed with the customer service here. The leasing office doesn’t seem to care about prospective residents at all.Every time i call they say “we are short staffed . Dezeri is the only person from their office who responds timely and nicest person from their team
Do not waste your money here - The staff are there to clock in and clock out, and everything is automated from the responses to their attitude working there. Out of all the staff one person in office, and the entire security staff have made a awful experience more bearable. The neighbors are loud and the walls are paper thin. The quiet hours are supposed to be from 10pm to about 7am, but the neighbors are extremely careless and play loud music, scream, fight or have their TV up all the way, sometimes until 2am.
