I live in Vancouver and have been there several times just for a stay cation or if I have out of town guests I always recommend they stay there. Beautiful.
We had the Romance package night here, Rose petals on the floors, Rose on the bed, Sparkling Cider, and a 50.00 credit for dinner, and boy was dinner GOOD, Salmon and the Halibut were great! We stayed on the 3rd Floor, didn't hear much road noise, Loved hearing the rain though and had all our windows opened all night, can't do that at home with the sounds of Hwy 35. room was very insulated, didn't know there was anyone in the room next to us til we left and saw them smoking on their balcony. Nicest place I've stayed at so far! Love the whole rustic thing they've got going on here too! Tempurpedic beds, jetted bath tub, balcony, fire place.. :) So relaxing.
I loved the Heathman Lodge. They have every detail taken care of for you. The front desk staff was super friendly and inviting. People were actually hanging out in the lobby, because it was so warm and inviting. I stayed in a business class room and loved everything from the rough log finishes to the chirping birds in the hallway to the Pendleton wool blanket in my room. The location is terrific.
