Beautiful place. Good service. The front desk staff went out of their way for us on our anniversary. Rose petals in the room, wine, chocolate covered strawberries, upgrade to a suite. Only a couple minor flaws or else we would have given the place a 5 star review.

Omg, they are the best. I have to say it is better than the Hilton Hotel. We have them a 5 star and will be returning again. Great job all.
Mislead at time of reservation, overcharged after checking out without my knowledge or permission. Upon asking of these charges, they simply referred me to an agreement I signed upon checking in which allows a 50% increase with taxes, fees, and misc stuff. No rules broken by me, just standard, usual practice for them. I was nice, polite and professional during my stay however their staff seemed to bring personal problems to work. We discovered this wonderful place years ago. The staff are the most helpful and friendly you will find. The rooms and suites are excellent. I always look forward to being back, as they treat everyone so special. It truly is an oasis within the city.
