A friend got me a bottle of Baklouti Green Chili Pepper Fused Olive Oil. I am on a strict Mediterranean diet and put this stuff on everything. Salads, vegetables, chicken, fish, eggs, etc. Very happy with the oil and am looking forward to actually getting in the store to purchase more. I will give some more feedback once that happens. Very glad Manitowoc has a healthy alternative like this! Best wishes to the owners for success!

Stopped in today for the first time and was very impressed. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and friendly but also gave be space and time to sample. The oils and vinegars are tremendously high quality and there were many unique varieties. They also had samples of water lightly flavored with the Lemongrass Mint Balsamic and the light flavor was so refreshing. I will definitely be back the next time in Manitowoc and will look forward to the online store on the website!
So delighted to have this store downtown. As I start to learn about cooking/eating healthier I find this an awesome resource. While I slowly learn of all the ways to use the oils and vinegars, I find myself become more knowledgeable each time. Thank you for taking a risk and setting up shop here in Manitowoc! Shopping was a very pleasant experience. The owner taught without pushing. I also expected to pay much more. I was very pleasantly surprised at the low prices. I was able to buy bottles for myself and Christmas gifts.
