Excellent top quality oils & balsamics, and so many other featured Wisconsin products and area wines also! Rick, his wife & staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! Sample before you buy and get cooking ideas from their recipe board. I've been to a few cooking classes. They are amazing. I use the oils and balsamic all the time. Once you try the products here, you won't buy them at a supermarket ever again.
Really great presentation from the chef last night. She showed how to use infused oils as well as natural oils in many different styles of cooking and baking. Also fairly priced oils. I will definitely be shopping here for cooking oils from now on.

WOW! Love this place! My husband and I stopped here today and were blown away. We met Rick, one of the owners, and he was so informative and really took the time to educate us. They have a huge selection of different infused Olive oils and flavored Balsamics. They have unique flavors that you can't find anywhere else! Makes cooking so much more fun!
