RecommendedFriday was my first trip to the Hearty Olive & I can not say enough how much I enjoyed this shop. The owner Rick took the time to explain the differences in the fused & infused oils & vinegars, the wide variety of uses, gave us info on conversion measurements to use in our cooking. The prices were great & I even picked up a nice sampler to try 4 others. I told him we would definitely be returning!
Great shop! The olive oil and balsamic vinegar is the best I’ve had. The shop owner is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
Truly enjoy all the products that they offer, best source of olive oil and balsamic vinegars in Manitowoc county. They also carry other items that are all local to Wisconsin. The owner himself makes the experience even better. He’s very knowledgeable about the products he sells and is just a really nice person. Glad to have this store in Manitowoc!

We’ve lived here for a year and finally made the time to stop in recently. I had no idea what we were missing! The owner of the store is so helpful. He guided us through our options and gave so much helpful info about the oils and vinegars. I love to cook and be creative in the kitchen. These oils are so much better than anything you buy at the grocery store. We will never buy from the grocery store again!

Something for everyone and a huge assortment of flavors. Staff was friendly and helpful. Class was excellent.
You can taste the various olive oils and balsamic vinegars which are fully described. Helpful staff and lots of other local Wisconsin products. It is a must visit ( and revisit) place.
