I am new to Asheville and needed a small repair on my hearing aid. Went in during the "walk-in" hours and met Barbara, who fixed the problem immediately. I had taken this hearing aid to another audiology center previously and they were rude, and did not accurately fix the aid. I'm so glad I found The Hearing Center. They are professional and provide great service.
RecommendedThe people in this office are incredibly friendly and efficient. Hearing tests can be stressful for a variety of reasons, but Dr. Hadden and her associates made it a pleasurable experience. I have recommended this office to several people and will continue to do so. There are a lot of ads for hearing tests in the local paper these days, but you could do no better than to trust your hearing to Dr. Hadden and the rest of this team.

RecommendedThe final appointment under the initial 3 year service contract could not have been better. Hearing aids were cleaned, all replaceable parts were replaced, hearing test administered and programs were tweaked. Discussed the pros and costs of the continuing maintenance program without feeling I was being pressured to purchase the contract. All questions were answered fully. I would recommend The Hearing Center of Asheville without reservation.
I am completely and utterly satisfied with Dr. Hadden and The Hearing Center. Based on my tests and understanding of my lifestyle, she recommended a specific brand and model of HA. Perfect the first time! After a most unsatisfactory experience with another group in town, Dr. Hadden’s and her team’s professionalism, compassion, caring, and top-notch service are more than I’d hoped. I look forward to being their patient for many years.
