I have been going to The Hearing Center of Asheville for over 10 years. I began to experience their excellent care when I took my elderly dad who needed to start wearing hearing aids and returned with him several times for rechecks or updates. The reception staff is always friendly and welcoming and the medical staff in the back performs very careful assessment and then explains in lay terms what appears to be going on and suggests effective treatments. I've been a patient here for over 14 years and just bought my 3rd pair of hearing aids from them. Very satisfied. Dr. Potter was very helpful in selecting this recent pair, including getting me hooked up using TV Link & ComPilot. Great place for all your hearing needs. Friendly staff, too.
Used the free walk-in service to have one of my aids checked out. Reasonable wait time and very professional and friendly service by Barbara.
And yet another great appointment with the folks at The Hearing Center of Asheville. Prompt, courteous, and oh-so-helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough.
I was very impressed with Dr. Hamilton and the center. I am very excited about my new hearing aides that go inside of my ears. Dr. Hamilton is very helpful and makes himself available for support. I would recommend Dr. Hamilton and the hearing center to anyone with issues with hearing.
