I got three different custom ear molds from Hearing Center Asheville. The first did not have the lapel I requested after being told the molds would take 3-4 weeks to make. It was 6 weeks. I called and could not reach anyone and got no calls back when I left a message. Emily at the front desk is extremely aggressive and hard to talk too.
