I thought I was at the end of my 9yr journey of being a 911 Telecommunicator/Dispatcher, until I found your Website/ Agency. With the problems I was experiencing (Quality Assurance / not enough High Compliance Calls) I thought I had no where to turn. But then I found one of Adam Timms books. That was a game/life changer.
