The District Manager Colleen is just awful..She's confrontational and all she wants to do is argue with Tenants.. she's just nasty.... Not a nice place to live anymore.. Skyline is a a greedy company every chance they've had to raise 5,% rent increase they took it..I've been told the new furniture in our common room is coming that was 5 years ago..It's really dumpy now, this building is right beside the homeless shelters.The cars are always getting broken in to almost daily.. Stay away from Skyline properties.
Love my building and the super and maintenance people have been very good. I am however very upset about the rule to not allow small carts in our parking spaces. I am a senior and have had a small cart in my parking space since I moved in many years ago and it really helps with taking things up to my apartment. Storage units are not conveniently located. As well being single and returning home late at night more time alone in parking or storage area is very uncomfortable and unsafe. This was not the case when I moved in and ... read more
Clean . Close to the Halifax shoreline , this is exactly where I want to be ! Lots of windows and an electric fireplace on a wall . Managers look after your well being and safety .
Our experiences at Skyline has been very good over the past 3 years. The superintendents have always been quick to respond and address most any problems that we were having. Yes, We do like living here but the rent should be lower or not raised every year. It simply isn’t fair.
