I came across Rivet Real Estate purely by coincidence after placing a call on a property i found online while looking in the Elgin area. I received a call back from Rosie and was told I would be hearing from Brittany Daniels to discuss viewing. From the first meeting to the day we funded, we were kept updated and any questions we had, were answered. on our first meeting, Rosie gave us a detailed market report and explained all the factors she takes into consideration when looking at the market. We followed all her suggestions on items that needed to be updated, best listing price etc and we had a full price offer 1 week after the listing went live on MLS.
