I would leave zero stars if I could. This place is TERRIBLE!!. From the doctor to the NPs to the therapist and ESPECIALLY the front office is all garbage. Don’t waste your time or money. This place is a scam and do not care about their clients. Go somewhere else now! This is your warning! Stay far far away!
I had a terrible experience at the Auburn location. The doctor I had been seeing unexpectedly stopped seeing all patients 2 days before a much needed appointment. The nurse practitioner that they stuck me with refused to listen to me when I told her that I had previously been prescribed to the medicine she was pushing and it did not work for me. Im without a doctor and without proper medication. This was an overall nightmare of an experience and I do not recommend this practice to anyone.
