Extremely Knowledgeable The inspector Bryan Wilcox did a PERFECT job. He is experienced, professional, detailed, and patient. It was also helpful that he took pictures for every single place that needed my attention. He went over all the problems with me a second time by reviewing the pictures on site after the inspection was done. The pictures were given to me with a detailed report. Phenomenal Inspector Peter was phenomenal. As first time home buyers Stacey and I are learning a lot of things all at once. Peter was incredibly thorough and detailed while doing the home inspection and encouraged questions each step of the way.
