Update: I was actually thinking about renewing my lease because moving is a hassle, but the property manager said she wouldn't let me because I am unhappy and left a bad review. Apparently their method of dealing with unhappy tenants is to get rid of them. The new management company has really managed to alienate a good portion of the residents in a few short months.
