The Haven is an awesome place to live. It's definitely a little more price... but it's TOTALLY worth it. The people in the office are always very helpful and professional. The maintenance people reply extremely promptly. The lawns and public areas are very well maintained. I'm so glad to be apart of this community!
The Haven has been a great place to live and the rent is reasonable for the size of the unit, location, and amenities that are available.

Living at the Haven has been a wonderful experience! You are able to get that luxury feel without having to pay luxury prices. The community feels very safe and very family friendly. Haven't had any issues with noisy neighbors or loud dogs. The community and common areas are kept extremely clean. The amenities are wonderful, including tennis courts, three fitness rooms, saunas, pool, grills, etc. When we first moved in, we had some minor issues with our outlets and they came the same day to fix it. We have lived here since 2008 (yes, 13 lucky years:) and loved every minute of it. The apartment complex was thoroughly renovated when Marquette took over and the facilities and grounds have leaped up a couple of notches:) Small and large gestures of kindness are common from both the management and the tenants. Wildlife, nearby trails, and close proximity to Ann Arbor and main freeways make this place perfect. Staffs are kind and friendly. Maintenance is very good and prompt. I like how this apartment complex is neat.
It's easy to submit a maintenence request (multiple ways as well) and they have been very responsive to me.
Management is always super helpful and kind to the community. They are always hosting great events and opportunities to everyone to get to know each other and get involved in the community. It’s also a great place for your furry friends :)
