Miserable Mornings The Haven has a commercial garbage truck coming 3 times a week before 6:30 in the morning and can be loudly heard in most of the complex and surrounding housing. Because this is not a residential garbage truck, it makes significant noise as it hits the dumpster that wakes me up every time. Being woken up this early 3 times a week is totally miserable. I have called the office and there has been no change in this.

The Haven Management would like to inform you that we have contacted our waste management company and have reported this issue to them numerous times. They have informed us that they are authorized to pick up between 6a-6p. I have also been in contact with several companies to find a new vendor for this service. Hopefully one of the new companies can arrange a later pick up time to help resolve this noise issue.
