Criminal company. Will not even pay out simple claims. Run for this hills! I have tried for 8 months to have them pay a claim that's under $100. They clearly owe the money won't even do that. Pathetic.

They don't care about actual medical issues you are having. I'm having neurological issues and have been seeing my doctor for 2 years about it, getting MRIs done and they told me "There isn't enough medical backing to suggest you are having issues." They assume I'm just getting 3000$ MRIs for fun. Absolute worst customer service and help ever. They DO NOT care about you.
Word to the wise... I got a letter from The Hartford, our business insurance provider of 14 years,stating they were not renewing my 14 year old policy when it ends...
