Katie was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. With this being our first home, we really had no idea what we were doing. She was able to sit and have a conversation with us and truly understand what we wanted in our new home. we closed two weeks ago and still cant get over how perfect the house we bought is. Extremely responsive. I was blown away at how quick and frequent Katie responded to me. I think the longest time it ever took her to respond was a few hours and that was solely due to her being with another client. In addition to her responsiveness, she is knowledgeable about the home buying experience and was able to help me make an informed decision. Highly recommend!
Katie is wonderful to work with. Not only did she find us the perfect home, she was a shining light through a difficult home purchase that we wound up walking away from. She's assisted us through two purchase orders, inspections, one purchase order cancellation and one closing. Katie is a gem!
