I brought my 2019 Ram truck in for its regular service and tire rotation. I've had trouble with dealerships in the past, so I put chalk marks on my tires and vehicle in the appropriate spots where those spots would move because I felt like they weren't doing the work & charging me for it. Purchased a truck which broke down 10 minutes after leaving the lot. Left it with them for 2 days and were told it was the spark plugs, no calls from sales or service to update me in between…20 days later took it back for awful engine sound, faulty back up camera and non functioning start stop feature… not a single call back, no communication what so ever except me trying to reach them.
