I used Mr. Harden for my son's felony charge of destroying property. Wesley was first and foremost a soothing person and walked our family through a very difficult time. Although we were not able to pay very much due to my being disabled, he did not slack on his duties and gave us great attention. He was able to get the felony downgraded to a simple misdemeanor which allowed my son to go to college after he graduated high school. Great work!

Wes did a great job for me. He was there with me and helped me through the most difficult time of my life. What I appreciated most was the way he explained to me the difficult process of the legal procedures and wranglings and made it easy to understand. I will never forget his kindness and his great representation.

I used Wesley several times over the last few years. He saw me through my divorce and helped secure a great visitation schedule for my 3 kids. Although my wife's attorney was always difficult, Wesley always took charge and after several months and a long trial, he got the judge to see things my way. My favorite thing about Wesley was that he wasn't obsessed over the bill and gave me lots of time to pay him back. Also, he even called me a couple of times on Saturday and was always there to take my calls.

I used Mr. Harden for several things (including too many tickets)! I had a friend who wanted me to buy a piece of land who wanted to me to go in for one half on it. I spoke to another attorney (and his partner) and they spent most of the time telling me what a "dumb" idea it was. Mainly because I apparently had fewer rights because we are not married. I used Wesley for all of my business needs. I had several retail businesses in Springfield, Missouri and Lebanon. Wes was always prompt returning my calls and was the only attorney I ever had that gave me his cell number. Wes was a great lawyer in everything from evictions to drafting business agreements.

My wife had taken a judgment on me on a divorce case. She had lied to me and so I got Wesley Harden as an attorney to help. Even though I was unemployed because of my back injury and could only pay a very little amount, he took my case anyway. The result was that we were able to throw out the judgment. I have used Mr. Harden for numerous times with my several rental apartments. Wes was not only a "shark" (in a good way!!!) helping me, but when an irate renter sued me, he didn't even ask for money up front, he went to court and defended me and won the case. I sent his office Christmas Candy every year. I miss using him!

I used Wesley Harden for my divorce and later a modification when my ex-husband tried to take our 2 daughters out of state. Mr. Harden worked without a retainer for teh first three months and even appeared for a lengthy emergency hearing to get my girls back. He not only did a great job in the first divorce, but was able to give me peace when he won our other custody case.

I hired Wesley Harden for a criminal case that I had. Although he was a busy man, he always took time to talk to me even if I came by the office without an appointment. (My work was near his office). He got the prosecutor to dismiss the case. I will always be thankful for him!
