I had high hopes for The HandleBar Barbershop in Thousand Oaks, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I went in with medium-length hair, looking for a "lived-in" undercut—something textured and well-blended. However, my stylist didn’t seem particularly engaged or enthusiastic about the cut, and it showed in the results. He started by making straight scissor cuts to remove the length, which was fine, but never went back to blend or feather those areas into the rest of my hair. First time Customer, got a Two-Bits from Logan and have to give multiple compliments. Firstly, I had longer than shoulder length hair, and was getting it shortened roughly 6"-10". Secondly, I haven't been shaven for almost 15 years. Logan was perfect, was awesome with the hair and I am exceedingly happy with the way it came out. When it comes to the beard, I was even more pleased. Almost NO irritation or razor burn, excellent lines, and overall, a very pleasant hot towel/shave experience.
