Great place
The service is fantastic, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable as well. The community has a great atmosphere and I would recommend anyone I know to live here.
Its a great location, I can't tell you how many times we complained about the water pressure. Its ridiculous we pay so much rent and nothing is done about it. They need a stronger pump but they are not willing to invest !! There is a new developed being build across the street ! I am sure a lot of people will leave if nothing is done about it.!!
Some thoughts/perceptions that come to mind when I think of this place; pre-fab, inadequate, lacking. Supremely cheap appliances, water pressure here sucks! Gross misrepresentation of square footage in ads. Superficially pleasant staff who really don't care what your concerns are since most likely it's going to inconvenience them. Ridiculous rent increases if you want to resign a lease. Looks nice on the outside, but when you scratch the proverbial surface, you realize how truly cheap this whole place is.
