Countless issues with this apartment complex. I have been here little over a month and the following issues have occurred and mostly not been fixed easily. Day I moved in the keys didn’t work (easily and quickly fixed). The toilet was filthy, reported that, no one seemed to care. Second day I realized the freezer was frozen over so called and the office made a request for it to be fixed. No one came until the following Monday, 6 days later. nice place nice people at the office the only problem with trash 2mucho trash ,have friends coming for diner on week end and that look bad and smell bad very bad plus rats and raccoons OK but still like the pool and the place maybe need to talk to the staff but i m just a roommate so 2bad
The Hamptons is a great place to live. The management is friendly and takes care of anything you need on a timely basis. The community is also very well maintained.
I love it here! Very nice community and the staff is excellent.
If you want to be happy and stress free then trust me look somewhere else! That's all I will say! Oh and edited to say that the other reviews about the staff named Emmique is very true. She is rude and has no sense of how to talk to people.
