RecommendedEhh. I like the apartments because of the location. However my biggest issue is the parking. As of last week apparently Kroger is no longer approved for your visitors to park. Got emailed today and said that they don’t have anything to do with Kroger’s parking lot. When I was told Kroger was an approved parking area for visitors. They’re only 8 visitors parking spaces and not enough parking for residents. So if a resident has to park across the street, are they at risk of getting their car towed? I moved here in July and the the experience has been wonderful so far. Office and maintenance staff have been very helpful. Maria was excellent during the move in process.

My daughter moved in here as here 1st apartment by herself. Within 48 hours of moving in her body was COVERED from head to toe in bed bug bites. We have NEVER had issues with bed bugs. She attempted to speak with management and immediately they blamed her from bringing them in. We began questioning other residents who reported this as an ongoing issue for a long time. They are beautiful apartments, the front office staff are wonderful.
The Hamptons is a terrible apartment complex. Hardly any parking for residents, 8 visitor spaces, BUT - they offer covered parking for 40 extra a month. I've had to park across the street multiple times and walk to my apartment at night. Also, this month they charged me twice for rent, and when I called about it, they said they don't do refunds and that "it will be credited to next month". I'll be reporting to the better business bureau, and filing a complaint with the Texas apartment association.
I can not be more happy with my rental experience here at The Hamptons. From the leasing process with Maria to my move in experience and my unit. Maria made everything so smooth...she was awesome on leasing. I love my little apartment..I was blown away by how clean and excellent shape my unit was in. This feels like home!!! Very happy.
